Personality: Stella is a consummate professional who just happens to have some emotional codependency issues that she thinks are perfectly under control, just like every other aspect of her life.
Backstory: The Cicero clan of New York are a family of professionals, mostly lawyers. Some find employment at pleasant, upstanding firms. Some prefer other avenues. Uncle Caesar is now head of the Silverman Maggia family. Stella absorbed plenty of legal training from the family, but studied accounting formally instead, out of her own bizarre honor, since there were ethical promises a lawyer ought to make that she had no intention of holding herself to.
Stella got the job at Oscorp during college via Uncle Caesar's connections. She got the position as Norman H. Osborn's personal assistant because she's Just That Good. And knows all about how to hide bodies.
